Fabric and Shrinkage

All fabric is 100% cotton or cotton duck canvas . Fabric is prewashed and dried with Gain Detergent and Gain dryer sheets. I also leave just a tiny bit extra to allow for any more shrinkage .

I have not received this item, been trying to reach the seller but no luck so far.

Nicely made but I didn't order a chef hat. I gave the owner the exact sizes for the hats I ordered including a 6 " crown size. I noticed that if you leave a bad review, she will respond back in a defensive way. If I ordered a chef hat , I would have given it 5 stars.

I ordered 2 welding caps from this seller on Nov 3rd. It is my error that I did not read the shipping information and that it would take 1 to 3 months for shipping. I realize that is all on me. But I do not think my inquiring about the status of my order calls for the email I received on 12-9-19 I emailed seller asking when I could expect to see my order. This is the response I received from the seller! “Did you not read all the information that was sent to you last message? Was your order marked gift?? NO IT WASN’T Did you message me with a need to date? No you did not! So why are you ignoring the stores policies? I closed Christmas orders on 11-24. Also did you pay for expedited processing? No you did not! Did you read the cancellation policy? Happy Monday to you”. Very poor customer service
